About the ₱2,500 setup fee

It pays for work we actually do: creating your courts with their base and peak rates, loading your product catalogue into the cashier, importing your player list, issuing staff PINs and sitting with your counter through their first shift. That is half a day to a day of real time, and it is the difference between software you bought and software your staff use. Pay for the year and we waive it. That is not generosity — GCash still has no working auto-debit here, so a monthly club is twelve manual collections a year and an annual club is one. Year one on DinkDesk Venue is ₱20,488 monthly against ₱14,990 annually — ₱5,498 less, for the same year. The DinkDesk Tournament Pass has no setup fee: there is nothing to set up that you cannot do yourself in an afternoon.

The cheap plan is not the crippled plan

What changes between DinkDesk Venue and DinkDesk Complete is which modules are switched on. Everything below is on every plan, including the trial.

Your players, onceA club player database with photos, free self-serve player accounts, and a DinkDesk rating from 2.0 to 8.0 that moves on every recorded result.
Your money, your accountsYour own GCash, Maya and bank details shown to players with a QR, 4 ways for them to settle, confirmed at your desk. DinkDesk never touches a peso of it and never takes a cut.
One set of booksCourt rentals, the counter, open play and tournaments as four streams over any date range, split by how the money arrived, with heads counted and utilisation per court.
A journal nobody can editEvery booking, sale, shift and check-in with the name of whoever did it. The counter cannot change it, and nothing goes back out without your owner PIN typed on that one refund.
Your data, on the way out4 files — your players, every peso in and out, the desk journal, and a full archive of everything else. A button in Settings, on every plan, for ever.
Everything on a phone browserNothing to install for you, your staff or your players. It runs in the browser and can be added to a home screen.

More than 8 courts, or several venues under one owner? Talk to us. We price those by hand. Pay by GCash, Maya or bank transfer; we confirm the reference and switch you on, usually the same day.

Questions

The rest of it.

The ones that decide a purchase are answered above, in the open. These are the leftovers.

How long before my counter is actually using it?
Half a day to a day, and most of that is us. The ₱2,500 setup fee covers creating your courts with their opening hours and rates, loading your product catalogue, importing your player list, issuing staff PINs and standing behind your counter through their first shift. After that the thing your staff have to learn is four tabs.
Can I try it on my real venue before I decide?
Yes. The free trial runs a real front desk on 2 of your courts — take bookings, check people in, ring up sales, open a drawer and close it with a Z-report — for at least 30 days. One complete tournament up to 32 players is in there too. There is no card, because there is nothing to charge.
How do I pay you, and what happens if I am late?
GCash, Maya or bank transfer — you send the reference and we switch you on, usually the same day. There is no auto-debit and no card on file. If a payment is late, everything keeps working for 14 days with a banner saying how long is left, and even after that your drawer, your bookings in flight and your exports never stop.
Do you take a cut of my court hire, my bar or my entry fees?
No — not a centavo, on any plan. Every peso your venue collects goes to your own accounts. We charge a subscription and nothing else, and there is no version of DinkDesk where that changes without you agreeing to it.
What do my players have to do?
Nothing, unless you run open play or tournaments. There is no app to install; a player account is free, works at every club on DinkDesk, and lets them reserve an open play spot, enter a tournament, invite a partner and follow scores. The player side is here.
I have more than eight courts.
Then talk to us. Eight is what the published plans cover because it is a large venue in this market; more than that, or several branches under one owner, is priced by hand rather than by a page.
Will I hit a limit without warning?
No. Your own dashboard carries a card with the plan you are on, what it costs, when it renews and a bar for each limit — courts on file, tournaments open at once, open play nights posted ahead — filling up as you use them. The bars are counted by the same code that does the refusing, so the bar and the refusal cannot disagree, and you are told you are at the ceiling before the form rather than after it. Retired courts still count towards the court limit — the bar is labelled “courts on file”, and your court settings say it in words — because a limit you can slip past by flicking a switch is not a limit.
Can I get my data out?
4 files from a button in Settings: your player directory, every peso in and out, the desk journal, and a full archive of every booking, sale, draw, score and payment. On every plan, including the trial, and it keeps working after you stop paying us.
Am I tied in?
No. Monthly is month to month — stop paying and it stops renewing, with nothing to cancel and nobody to email. Annual is prepaid for the year, which is why the setup fee is waived on it. There is no contract, no notice period and no exit fee, and your exports keep working after you leave.
Who do I call when something breaks at 8pm on a Saturday?
Us — directly, on the email at the bottom of this page, and we answer. DinkDesk is a small operation, so what we will not pretend to offer is a 24/7 support desk or a guaranteed response time. What we will say is that the counter is built so a bad night degrades rather than stops: the drawer you opened can always be closed, a booking already taken can always be settled, and every export works on every plan even when nothing else does.
I am already on DinkDesk Starter or DinkDesk Club.
Nothing changes. Both plans are unchanged in every limit and both keep working exactly as they did — they are simply no longer sold to new clubs. If you want to move onto the venue plans, ask us and we will price the change by hand; a Club moving to DinkDesk Complete is the same capability for ₱501 a month less, and you have already paid the setup fee.
Do you host it in the Philippines?
Singapore — the nearest region, so the counter is not waiting on a round trip to another continent. Each club's data is scoped to its own club at the row level, so no venue can see another's players, bookings or money.
